Mofti Restaurant in Aachen

5/5 grilled dishes and pizzas are very tasty !!

We have already ordered several times and it was always mega, mega delicious!

I usually didn't want to share the dessert with my mother at all. We have learned from this for the future and will each order a dessert the next time we visit. The inn is great and easy to get to! The good transport connections make a visit possible promptly. There you get both: personable and fast service. My husband and I are completely pleasantly surprised. We'll all be back for sure.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating in this case, as much as I would, as the food is really delicious. We have ordered meals for two at Mofti 3 times and will not do it again. I would like to describe our observations here, everyone can make their own judgment. Basically, the food is always delivered later than stated, sometimes 30 minutes too late. 1st order: a person has stomach cramps 30 minutes after eating and diarrhea all night (but it can also have been just bad luck and has nothing to do with the food, that's why :) 2nd order: everything was great, delicious, no abnormalities, we felt confirmed that there was no causal connection between food and discomfort with the 1st order. 3rd order, food is delicious again, the second person has stomach cramps and has to throw up all night. There is of course the possibility that there is no connection, but we do not have to make another attempt. Then we'd rather pick up the food from AKL again.

The decoration on the tables and throughout the place is decent and aesthetic. The bathroom is always clean and all in all the restaurant gives a very good impression. The place is always nice and we had a nice afternoon there. We didn't have to wait long for the dish and our drinks. That was great, because we had a huge craving that evening. In the restaurant you get both: friendly and brisk service.

Have ordered and it was delicious. French fries were "standard fries delivery service" so nothing special. The meat was outstanding and just delicious. Even the salad delivery service was unusually good. I can highly recommend, instead of the fries, take rice as a side dish :) We had 1x kofta (with a hot sauce which is pleasantly hot if you like to eat spicy), 1x kebab hindi, 2x falafel wrap and 1x shawarma wrap. The fries were included at the kofta.

Visited on November 2019. We came all the way from Monschau because of the good reviews and didn't disappoint at all. Tasty Syrian food with big portion and very affordable price! Food was excellent, but the sevice was even better! It was such a pity we only had 1 day to visit the place.

We were in a trance while we ate, like in heaven! We have ordered: Schish tawouk Wrap - incredibly tender chicken that tastes like a grill, the rest of the contents in the perfect ratio Kibbeh - I've never eaten such good kibbeh in Aachen, great seasoning and such juicy minced meat, I almost cried Fatteh labban- a dream, that's all I can say. The food even came in a paper bag and not a cheap plastic bag! Delivery time was on point and the supplier was very warm! Finally a restaurant that does justice to real (!) Syrian food - Shukran! :-)

We visited Mofti two days in a row. We enjoyed our meals and thought our server was informative and charming. The food was extraordinary. We are from Chicago. When we return to Aachen, we will return to Mofti for sure.

Inconsistent with the in-store decor, this restaurant actually has a very good value for money (laughs). The dishes offered, whether it's pizza or Fleischteller, or other side dishes, are full of creativity and eclectic style, which is the accumulation of hard work of the clerk for many years. Seasonal dishes and discounts are often available and will not be written on the menu, but can be asked to employees. The staff is very friendly, speaks many languages ​​and is willing to communicate with customers on a cross-cultural basis. It is a rare restaurant I met in Aachen (believe)
